CROXXOUTENVY – REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Please make sure all order details, including sizing, shipping address, and item selection, are correct before completing your purchase.
Shipping Issues:
Croxxoutenvy is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos). We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.
